I have been in a relationship for 3 and a half years, and been living with my girlfriend that just passed on suddenly. I don’t have many friends, probably enough for one hand to count. I have been married before for nearly 16 years, and wouldn’t have the same amount of depression. I have signed up for berievment counselling and still waiting to. Is there anything else anyone can suggest to me, or even someone just to talk to on my down times. Please help me!!! Suggestions?

I am find a great need for better nutrition and healthy eating in my family. I am sure that this need has got to be worldwide. The rise of genetically modified foods and the slow disappearance of the arable land in the world is causing the nutrition standards of the world to decrease. This is a sad testimony to what the world will look like in the future. There must be a reversal of this trend otherwise we are going to see mass food shortages throughout the world and this is going to cause political upheaval the like we have never seen. Something must be done shortly otherwise we will all suffer the consequences
I asked my sister, Sarah Coleman Dental Assistant, to speak to my class about her job when we hold Career Day at my high school. She said she would be happy to do this for me and asked exactly what she should talk about. I said she should tell the students how important it is to further their education after graduating from high school. She could tell them what colleges offer the courses necessary to get a degree in dental assisting and the classes they need to take in high school to prepare them. Sarah took a course in high school that taught how to write resumes and she said it was very beneficial. I also suggested she might want to mention the wages that dental assistants can expect to earn once they get their degrees. Sarah gave an excellent talk on dental assisting and several of my classmates have expressed an interest in this rewarding career.
I have been living with extreme depression for years. In 2007 I experienced my first bout of panic attacks and anxiety developed as well as hypochondria. I won’t take western medication unless I absolutely have to. So instead I look more towards natural methods of healing. What are some ways to help control and prevent depression, anxiety, panic attacks and especially hypochondria? Advice, personal experience and links are welcome! Thanks!

How does it effect your chemical balance, your brain? Is it critical or will be critical later in life? I just read on Yahoo News that Clinical stress could increase risk of Alzheimer’s later in life. Does age matter like during teen years? I had depression and begun running. I noticed that I have a hard time focusing and absorbing information. I forgot a lot of things. All my brain seems to focus on is emotions. Can I change that? The running has made me feel a lot better afterwards.
